Grand Pump Station Upgrade
Client—Napavine, Washington
The City hired Gibbs & Olson to design and provide construction phase service for upgrades to the Grand Pump Station which was built in the 70s. The project includes the removal of two existing submersible sewage pumps and brackets, all discharge piping and other hardware in the wet well, the concrete valve vault and the electrical/control panel. The upgrades include installing two new submersible pumps, associated brackets, discharge piping and a new control panel. The new discharge piping connects into the existing 4 inch ductile iron forcemain.
