Coweeman Levee Boundary Survey, Kelso, Washington

Client—Consolidated Diking Improvement District No. 3

Gibbs & Olson completed a boundary survey of approximately 1,950 feet of the Coweeman Levee to define the levee right-of-way and adjoining property lines. Work included locating existing monumentation, adjoining record corners, and structures or fences within 15 feet of the right-of-way to identify encroachments. Field data was combined with prior documentation, title reports, and surveys to confirm boundaries. The final survey, showing District-owned property, easements, adjoining ownership, and levee areas not owned by the District, were recorded with the County Auditor.
