Carpenter Road Pump Station & Waterline Extension
Client—City of Castle Rock, Washington
To improve water system performance and support future growth, Gibbs & Olson provided planning, surveying, design, permitting, bidding, and construction-phase services for this important water system upgrade. Improvements included approximately 1,700 feet of new water main, a packaged booster pump station, a pump station building, and associated site and utility infrastructure. Equipped with advanced controls, variable frequency drives, and remote monitoring capabilities, the new facility enhances system reliability, improves operational efficiency, and increases long-term distribution capacity.
