Strategically located near Interstate 5, the nearly 1.2 million-square-foot facility sits on 82 acres in Kelso, Washington. Our role included meticulous planning and execution of all civil engineering aspects of the site to support both current needs and future expansion possibilities. These elements included grading, paved parking lots, stormwater management, and extending sewer, water, irrigation, and fire protection services. The site can accommodate growth with the potential for an additional 225,000 square feet of building space and 475 extra trailer stalls.
