ProBuild Facility
Client—Builders FirstSource, Woodland, Washington
Gibbs & Olson provided the survey, stormwater and civil site design to develop a light industrial truss manufacturing facility on approximately 9 acres. The project elements included: site fill and grading; temporary erosion and sediment control; paved parking lot; paved truck and forklift access areas; and paved material storage areas; two access driveways; water and sanitary sewer connections to existing City utilities; collection, treatment, detention and discharge of stormwater per City requirements; and landscaping.
