Beech Street was extended 2,000 feet from 14th Avenue to California Way. Gibbs & Olson provided the surveying, assisted with local improvement district formation and funding applications, and provided design and construction phase services. The improvements included constructing a three-lane roadway along with curb, gutter, sidewalk, bike lanes, street trees, streetlights, and drainage features. This project provides a primary arterial for east-west connection to existing streets and an opportunity to promote the development of 76 acres of adjacent undeveloped land.
