Gibbs & Olson was recently award the Marcy Avenue Improvement project. This TIB funded project will help provide safer access to businesses, residents and public services/facilities. The project includes improving 5oo feet of roadway along with curb and gutter, storm drainage, catch basins and upgrading ADA ramps within the project limits.
