Gibbs & Olson offers multiple ways for students to explore career interests through internships, apprenticeships, or participating in the high school flipped internship program (through ESD 112). Our people are our most important assets. By providing local high school and college students an opportunity to explore career interests—we are investing in our future and helping to develop our talent from the ground up.

What’s in it for the students? They gain valuable real world experience and skills that cannot be learned in a classroom; and if it’s the right fit, possibly a challenging and rewarding full-time job upon graduation. Apply for an internship/apprenticeship with Gibbs & Olson.

These programs are important to me. I grew up in Cowlitz County and didn’t know Gibbs & Olson existed when I was in high school. We want to provide a path for our local kids to come home, to a good family-wage job, and help us make a difference in our community” –Rich Gushman, President
