Gibbs & Olson was recently awarded the City of Elma’s Reservoir No. 1 Replacement project.  The new 600,000 gallon glass-fused to bolted-steel reservoir will replace the City’s existing 500,000-gallon reservoir located at the same site. Gibbs & Olson will provide surveying, design, permitting and construction management services for the project. The scope of work also includes water main distribution improvements, construction of soldier pile retaining walls, electrical telemetry and instrumentation, and surface restoration. The new reservoir is expected to begin construction in early 2023.
