Port Celebrates Ground Breaking for Rose Way
The Port of Woodland recently awarded Gibbs & Olson the construction management services contract for their new 12-acre Rose Way Industrial Park. The Rose Way Industrial Park is the fifth site for the Port and will include, at its full build-out, six buildings ranging from 15,000-25,000 square feet for industrial and manufacturing purposes. The construction project includes grading, drainage, water, sewer, paving and retaining walls for the industrial park along with the construction of Rose Way.
